Where do you find it, too?

Hi ! You want to go to User Preferences and on the top of the lefthand column you should see your username followed by the options "Change Case" and "Change Username".

Changing case is free and can be done any time. Changing the username costs 1000 CSC (unless you use a loyalty totem) and can only be done once a month.
