I've been obsessed with anti-street style and Tokyo street style, and since it's not my thing irl, I wanted to make an HA on here that's my own spin on it.

This is the avatar I need help with. It's a tricky color palette, and I'm trying to incorporate the Mandarin jacket the best I can. I'm looking for any recommendations that could make this more cohesive, as well as a backdrop that's would look appropriate.
