First time I've logged in in over a year and I've found 2 loyalty boxes in my inventory! I opened the boxes and it said I could pick one item, however there is no way to select an item. Am I doing something wrong?

It's been almost a year since my last loyalty box, so I'm a bit hazy on the details. However, IIRC it's a two-part process: first you have to "accept" the box somehow and then you can choose a prize.

Or if that doesn't make any sense, I might suggest clearing any custom CSS you might have temporarily just to see if anything is messing it up.

And if that doesn't work, your best bet would be filing a ticket. :)

just checked with the loyalty box i had in my vault. it looks like it's working as usual? you just click "open loyalty box" and it takes you to a page that looks like this:

then just click the button for the item you want.

For some reason the button below each item was not showing up a few days ago. Today when I opened up the box it was working! Thank you guys!
