There is a lavish estate on the shores of Lake Veta. In it lives a young lady who loves nothing more then an excuse to throw over the top parties and gatherings for all of her closest friends. One of her favorite celebrations is the exorbitant 'Tea Party' she throws every Vesnali. The gardens are pruned and prepared in a cacouphany of colors, perfuming the air. Tables are set with dainty and elaborate treats. Everything is perfect in young Miranda's eyes.

Little does she know this excessive celebration of spring will lead to... murder...

There will be a total of six writing prompts all together, each one designed to move the plot and murder investigation forward. These writing prompts will be called 'Chapters'. Each participant in the current chapter will be put into a raffle to win the prize CW, as well as earn a ticket to the final grand prize.

What kind of writing prompts will there be?

They'll mostly be simple things like asking a question or describing what you are doing. I don't need novels, a sentence or two per prompt is fine.

I don't have time to write/I'm not feeling inspired, can I still do the raffle?

If you don't have time to do a prompt or can't think of anything type 'Chapter (?) Check In'. While you can only enter a chapter raffle while responding to the prompt, this will still earn you a ticket for the final grand prize raffle!

I missed a prompt/Joined the story late, can I still participate?

Absolutely! You can jump in any time you want, and missing chapters will only result in you being ineligible for that chapter's raffle.

Can I still win the grand prize if I won a chapter?

You sure can! You just can't win any more chapter specific raffles, though participation will still earn you grand prize tickets. The only small change is that if you have won the already I raffle the grand prize copy off to another person. Since you can only earn that item as a prize I'd like them to go to different people. You would win the rest of the CWs in the prize pack though!

How do I know when a new chapter is coming out?

There is a schedule listed in the third post! I would also recommend joining the group for this event Murder and Tea. I'll be pinging that every time I put out the new chapter!

I just thought I would let you know, that this is the FIRST time I have ever wanted to buy something that was black and soft pink (normally I don't wear that color combo too well). I am so tempted to love this dress and need it, but I have terrible raffle luck. I should try anyways.... :P lol
