When I redeemed my 5000 csc card yesterday it disappeared without crediting. (Yes I have filed ticket). Same thing happened a bit ago with a 100 credit card (that one i had two 100 csc cards in inventory and the second one just vanished without crediting). Staff has been helpful but I'm worried it may be happening to others. Fair warning to watch when you are redeeming to keep an eye on this. I am on google chrome,ideapad windows laptop windows 10 home laptop. I havent had any errors when it did this it just disappear without crediting.
