The Sweetheart Potion I bought isn't in my inventory

I bought a sweetheart potion for 1,399,999 and when I checked it, it's not there (I even checked my vault). I didnt even use it! Either you give me a new sweetheart potion or a refund of my sP I would be happy. Please just fix it. I don't want to use my money again.

How to get a Common Neela for 100CSC and some sP:
1. Buy a Nostalgic Neela Instructions for 100CSC
2. Give it to Vanya and do his quests
3. After Vanya is done making the toy, give it the Essence of Melody to have a Nostalgic Neela
4. Lastly, use a Common Potion on it and BOOM! You got yourself a Neela!

Did you possibly quick stock it and move it somewhere else? What does the Account Search say about it?

Hmm probably! How many items are there in your inventory right now? It's possible that the lack of GA makes it only display 100 items at a time and that your Sweetheart Potion is hidden. I wouldn't know how to make it appear... Maybe by quick stocking your stuff somewhere else?
