Is it possible to buy from a user who is frozen? And what happens to the CSC if that is the case? Does it go straight back to the site, or just sit in limbo in case they come back?

I tried buying an item a few weeks ago, I remember seeing it unlimited but suddenly the item didn't show up in the shop search. I looked up the user but they were frozen. So I think when that happens the site closes down their CW shop?

I got a reply from via ticket and it turns out that the shops remain open. Perhaps search for the name of the item/user in the CW shops section?
