Birthday Icon not appearing

I have "birthday icon" ticked in settings, but it's not showing the cake symbol next to my name in the shoutbox.

I can see the icon, I don't know if the staff have sorted it or if you just can't see it for some reason.

I am sorry I was not on the boards yesterday to address this. Usually the cache can take a little bit to update. Did it show up? I know that pointycatears said they saw it yesterday,
But for future ref, if there is something like this that is affecting just you, you will probably get a faster response filing a ticket. I believe a UA can reset it.
