Hello! I have actually always had this issue in my account but since I've taken several hiatuses over the years I haven't really informed about this issue. Now that I'm back on the site once more, I want to change my forum title, and it shows that I have collected more than 200 achievements over the years. However, when claiming my titles and going back to change my forum title, only 3-4 of them appear. Thanks in advance.

Not every achievement has a forum title associated with it, so it's possible that out of the 207 achievements that you have earned, only 3 or 4 of them have a forum title as a reward.

I wouldn't know for sure without knowing which achievements you have. But you can see if an achievement has a bonus prize attached because the tier for the achievement will have a gold star that you can click on to show you the extra prize (which could be a forum title or an item).

Not all the achievements have titles and not all the titles are given on the base tier of the achievement, some you have to grind for. Like the dance ones come out at like 500, 1000 and 2000, just to pull a random number and example out of the air.
