This belongs in the r200 forum I believe - even if is looking to pay in sP rather than CSC, since the item is a CW.

[edit] PiinkSparkles - you'd probably have an easier time using the sP to buy the needed CSC in order to purchase the dress. It'll cost about 61,000,000 sP to purchase the necessary 700 csc (it's about 9m per 100 csc, but the 500 csc card is only 43m so it's a slightly better deal on that bigger chunk - as it works out to about 8.6m per 100 csc in value).
