Can the Recycle Beast currently ask for it?

I feel like this item seriously needs a revamp, it will most likely go up in price once it gets one, so it might be better to hold onto them.

The system is set up by rarity and not by item. I am not saying this in an official capacity but I don't think this will be happening.
