I just had mystery dance set me up with a frozen user. I was wondering if this is unintentional since the prizes go out to both dancers, right?

Maybe the user got frozen very recently? I don't know how users are added to the pool of random dancers, but if it's an "enter to be added" type of thing, they could have gotten frozen in the past few hours or so.
