There's already a thread on this subject here : Morty Card not working. Morty Cards had been temporarily disabled because they didn't reward the users 25 CSC as they should have.

Here's the answer of staff member on this exact thread :

I did not see that thread. Thanks. Wish I'd known that when I bought it hoping to even out my csc and buy something. I had locked it for later so guess I'll wait lol. Thanks for telling me
