All the quests I did yesterday are still maxed out. It affects Shinwa, Quentin, Blue and Battle (but I assume it'd apply to all quests). Since no one else reported this issue, am I really the only one?

Update: It worked last night but today, 2020-04-12, I encounter this issue again. Quentin, Battle and Blue didn't reset. However, Shinwa and Library did.

there's a thread that's stickied about things not resetting (including quests) in Site Functionality. This is why no-one else is here also posting about it.
