Not getting sidebar alerts for some things

Since the site maintenance this morning, I am not getting sidebar alerts for some things like carnival games and other games like random and reflection.
I am getting sidebar alerts for the quick feet buff and people asking me to dance.
I just realized I've stopped getting training alerts again.

I haven't been having any problems since the site has stabilized more. (can't say about training alerts though, I haven't been putting my pet in training recently)
