I got the extra quest buff this morning before I did any quests. I don't use that buff unless I've already done all the Wizard quests because then I'm in a hurry and also I only get 1 50 point token, so I let it run out. But later on, after I had done them all, I got the buff again, and used it this time.

I got the from Quentin today. (weekend quest this time around)
