Hmm, no specific songs really, but I have been listening to a lot of Gregorian Chant. It's really beautiful and peaceful! This rendition of Deum Verum is incredible with the harmony and the acoustics.

Life has been a bit rough here, but I've been getting on a bit more lately.

Then the fabulous one texted, and texted again, both just happened to coincide with high chaos happenings.

After he was given the all clear from the second surgery he almost made it 22 hours before being rushed back. They "believe" he had a minor heart attack. I told them it was gas, they didn't let him eat for 2 days so when he got home he had himself a big roast beef sammich.

Hes FINE btw but that fiasco led to a second back surgery a few weeks later .. which was the day THIS happened..

So.. my boy wants to show off his new toy the BVFD just picked up and gave us a tour of the fire station. He's pretty stoked, he is the first certified to run the canon. The ink still hasnt dried from the certification for his buddy..

I know EXACTLY who's on that 100 foot ladder. I also know from what the announcer is saying it was gonna be bad. Tires, oil, gas, god knows what else making massive clouds of black smoke was going to be toxic to newborn babes, which by the way my son and his wife happen to have just been blessed with.

I texted him I'd grab Dean and get there within the hour to get his wife and brand new baby boy up north to her parents house.

Without showing everyone in the family who was in the surgery waiting area what was going on in my mind so they didn't all get stressed out.

Yeah. That was fun.
