Hey Everybody. I'm wanting to adopt a Legacy pet (born before 2010) with at least a semi decent name. You can peek at my current pets for a basic idea. (I'm not too picky as you can see).

I'm wanting a Legacy pet because I'd like him/her (any gender is fine) to have elder wisdom lol. (I have a few story ideas based upon an older pet.

High stats and Treasure slots are well appreciated, but not absolutely necessary. Age is the focus.

Species and color don't matter because this pet will be turned into an Endeavor regardless. If the pet you're offering is already an Endeavor, that's even better!

I hope I'm posting correctly. (I've been browsing the posts here and all of the abbreviations are giving me a headache lol). So forgive me if I missed something.

Anyway, please ping me if you need to get rid of one of your Legacy pets.

Afaik a Legacy Pet that's been adopted out loses its Legacy status.

The legacy lable denotes a pet that was owned before the adoption date was added to profiles and hasn't changed owners since then. is correct, the legacy lable disappears if the pet changes owners and is replaced by the new adoption date.

If you're interested in an older pet despite the lack of the legacy label as mentioned above, I have

I also have [pet not found] who is already an endeavor and who comes with a free name change. However, his birthday is in 2012.

If any of these appeal to you, please let me know. I do not currently have any attachments to them as I found them recently in the pound.

There are also pets with glitched birth years listed as 1969 which you can adopt from other people if you want one of those instead

Ah, ok.. So since the Legacy pets don't really have a "born" date, then would they just show up as newly adopted regardless of actual age? If so, that sucks as bad as the inability to take pets as is with stats from inactive accounts..

They do have a born date, I believe when the adoption date info was added, it was just defaulted to the creation date for any pet made/adopted before it was implemented, but I could be wrong it was a long time ago XD;

Either way, the adoption date would just update to the most recent and the legacy tag would be dropped, while the born date would remain the same
