I've been experimenting with Paint 3D and managed to draw some 3D Subeta pet art....

I drew these before the glacier blob came out.

Is there an market for my art? If so, what is a fair price for my art?

You said you did those before the pet came out, I think we need a more recent example that can show closer to what a pet commission would look like. I think there is some potential.
Well, I just attempted to draw the nostaglic blob in 3D....

A bit off compared to the official version.... but what can you do?

I also drew some Pokeball art for one of my pet's backgrounds....

The pet is here: OshaCloud

I like them! They could use a little refinement. I don't know how well it could handle a more furry pet. Also, you need to make it clear what people can use it for. For example, maybe it's to put in the pet profile background? Or to use as extra art to represent the pet? I don't think you can have a 3D style pet overlay (but I could be wrong.)
You'll want to crop out the white around the green blob picture and if you have a way to make them transparent people usually really like that if it's not being used for an overlay.
I'm not too familiar with making a transparent background.
I'll guess I'll have to make a ticket asking whether 3D overlays are permitted.
Need some extra opinions on this please!

I'd definitely pay for some 3D backgrounds or overlays. Not super sure on prices though. The couple I have were between $10-$20.
I'd like to see them! I might be able to better gauge the worth of my art.
I'd love for you to join this show and offer your opinion!

I am NOT the person to be asking how to price things. I suck with numbers. I do feel you need to do some more practicing before trying to sell you stuff right now. Learn the program a bit more practice with some tutorials and you could have a really nice little business. I can see a lot of people wanting 3D versions of their pets.
It's a really cool idea! Not sure on prices, I noticed people on here will offer their work for free at first to get more practice in. Like Fyre said, you could build a great business out of it given some time and growth with the program. :)

I agree that the art needs refinement and practice. :) Art is extremely subjective as you know. I'm sure others would be interested, like Dratini said, but honestly, its not my style. But for help, maybe see Pricing Assistance and you should most certainly research the rules and regs about art of any kind to use here, esp for sale. You must be very clear on what they are. I don't know what exactly they are or where they are listed, but hopefully somewhere in the forums. Other artists could help with that. If you aren't already, you should become a member of the group # ArtSale and ping the group with your art when you have everything ready. Good luck! :)
Rules for an overlay:
Keep it PG-13 and well within the current Subeta rules. No stealing artwork that wasn't made for or purchased by you. Quads and anthros only please - no humans, kemonomimi/gijinka, or inanimate objects. Fullbody artwork only - no busts/headshots. No images that represent pets from other pet sites. Props are allowed, but no minions or extra characters. No unaltered official Subeta artwork. Each image must be unique - two users cannot upload the same overlay. Art Guidelines:
Format: 200x200 png file with either transparent or white background. Digital artwork only. Use the 'save for web' feature, avoid dithering/stray pixels etc. Image must be drawn to fit the canvas, no squashing/stretching etc. Integrate props in with the existing art quality - don't just paste objects on. Don't simply adjust the hue/saturation/colour of official artwork - this distorts quality/lines. Style choice is completely up to you. Overlays do not need to be Subeta quality and detail, but these pets are still in some way representing the site so we reserve the right to deny an overlay for any reason not listed above. Any similarities between your design and future Subeta designs for pets are purely coincidental. And lastly, If your overlay is later found to be in violation of any of the above, it will be removed from the site and no refund of CSC will be given.
Note: Unlike custom wearables, we aren't claiming ownership of these images. You can remove it from the dashboard at any time. You will have to pay the 500CSC to upload it again, though! Image Uploader
To ensure you're cooperating with copyright law, you must make at least four changes from your original source material if it's not official Subeta art. Please list your changes here. If your character is original, please let us know what species of Subeta pet it is, or which pet you will be using it for, so we can avoid misrepresentation.
