Getting achievement notifications for achievements I didn't receive/qualify for.

Hi! I'm new here, so I'm sorry if this is something that's been brought up. I looked around and didn't see anything, however.
I am constantly getting notifications all over the site for achievements I've 'gotten' despite not having the qualifications for. For example:
'Have 100 items in wardrobe' despite only having 38 items in wardrobe. I've never had close to 100 items in my wardrobe.
'Win shell game 10 times' after winning shell game 5 times.
I don't actually get these achievements in my achievement page, but I get multiple notifications about them.
So with the numbered achievements, they sometimes start at lower tiers but they are still labelled as the original tier. So when you got the filled wardrobe, there is a tier for 5, 10, 15 and 25 that you would get and it will still say "100" on the event. Same with the Shell Game. You actually got the tier for winning 5 games.
We are slowly working through and removing the numbers on the events, but you are getting the correct ones!
