Can't see the 'Lyra' item

The newly released Lyra is showing up as a blank box with the item name for me, it's been like this since the item was released.
I've removed my custom css, have no browser add-ons and still just a box. The same thing is happening on both my tablet and phone.
So, pretty confused on what's going on here x.x
Could you please try clearing your browser cache?

Just cleared cache, still not showing. Neither does the sCode.
Going to the image URL I'm met with this message:
404 Not Found
Code: NoSuchKey Message: The specified key does not exist. Key: items/minion_lyra.gif RequestId: 30E4F0FC06A3FCD9 HostId: jX+jaXhoQVDXNU0xFEjoJqeHMPr8vrSvyAmtdUuiuCrZtss4iPvD/jRAreIgb6G3aIm09MtZ0fg= An Error Occurred While Attempting to Retrieve a Custom Error Document

The image exists and I don't know why it is a 404 for you if you've cleared your browser cache.
What browser (including the exact version) are you using, and are you using the same browser on your phone, tablet and mobile?
If you log out of Subeta and try to visit the image URL, do you see it then?

On my tablet I'm running Safari 10.0 Phone is Chrome 79.0.3945.136 Laptop is Firefox 72.0.2 (just checked, same issue here too)
Still shows the 404 while logged out x.x
Is this the only broken image you're seeing? No other items have this problem?

I'm really stumped with this issue. The image does exist, so I was thinking browser cache was probably the culprit, but you tried clearing that and it didn't work. We can check if this is a browser cache issue by seeing if it shows up for you with a slightly different URL, could you click here and let me know if this one shows up? https://img.subeta.net/items/minion_lyra.gif? (same URL, just with a ? at the end)

I've just purged the item cache - I was having the same problem, and it's fixed for me now. Did that fix it for you, ?
