Possible virus progression issue?

Hit stage 2 of Mutere Fuerte after midnight but before 8 AM Subeta time. -was asleep- but I'm aware I turned before I woke up, I think I should the stage 3 by now at 6:40 but so far this isn't the case.
It's possible that I've done my math wrong and might turn after the post, but after seeing the new strains progressing at random times tonight, I'm starting to wonder if there's something effecting strains tonight.
Edit: 7;22 and still no luck, tried clearing cache, saving my HA and checking the healer. Seems I'm not going to be progressing tonight :/

I just double-checked to make sure; there's nothing wrong with virus progressions.
I checked on your virus and it is not due to progress yet. This is not a glitch. I can't reveal the exact time, but it will progress very soon :)
