I've been trying to complete my Major Drills quests but I keep having to skip anything involving Slots. Whenever I try to play I get the "Oh No! Please do not refresh this page." message. This occurs at all times, making the game unplayable.

Yep, still happening. I took a couple months hiatus and it's been happening since (about a week or so ago is when I came back). Using Google Chrome on Windows 10.

Do you have any addons or extensions on your browser that might be tripping it up? Or custom Css on site?

I am on chrome on 10 as well.

No custom CSS or extensions. I just went and logged in on my laptop (a Macbook) to try it out and it seems I have the same issue there as well. Could it be a problem with my account specifically?

Could you please try the following things, and see if the slots work in any of these? This will help us figure out what may be causing the problem.

  1. Clear your cookies on the browser completely. (This will log you out of Subeta, so you will have to log back in after this.)
  2. Try opening Incognito mode in Chrome, log in to Subeta and try the slots.
  3. Try seeing if it works in a different browser like Firefox

Hi !

I tried a couple things.

Clearing cookies didn't seem to work. Incognito mode in Chrome - does work! I can play while in there and it works just fine. Going back to normal mode after and the problem seems to persist on both my PC (Windows 10) and Macbook (Catalina).

Works just fine in Internet Explorer (though the site has some other issues in IE, like drop menu's not working etc.) Works just fine in Safari as well.

I'm not sure what it can be, since I did disable all extensions/clear cookies and that should be similar to Incognito mode (where it does work?).

Hm... The evidence shows that this is an issue with your browser's cache/cookies, yeah... I think, for some reason it isn't clearing all of them even when you tell it to. You could try looking closer at the Chrome settings and see if there is an option to do a full clear, maybe?

We have had a few reports of users having their browser cache/cookies get "stuck" like this even though they did a clear in the browser settings. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there is much I can do on Subeta's end about this kind of problem...

Yeah it does seem like it. Odd that it's on both my PC/laptop. I'll have to look into Chromes settings to see if there's anything there that'll get it un-stuck. Definitely good to know it's not a site issue, at least! Plus I can always go into the incognito mode for now if I need to complete the quests.
