Mystery Box not changing shops

The Mystery Box was stuck on the same shop for a few days. Someone sent a ticket about it, but now it's been stuck on another shop, so it seems like while the staff member that got the ticket was able to manually change the shop, there's still a problem that causes it to not change on its own.

If it has changed at all this week, do you happen to remember which days it changed?

What I mean is that it still hadn't changed after you tried to fix it, it was still stuck on the same shop, but today it changed to a different shop. I don't know if the problem will now repeat with the new shop that it's changed to or not, but at least it's now a shop that has more valuable items.

Thanks, this is helpful. This is related to other cron issues, and we have been actively working on those. I'm really glad it worked last night, because we had just deployed more work. Let's watch it tonight and the next few days and see if it is good now :)

My apologies to ping you again about this. I had forgotten about this thread until today. The Mystery Box is having issues again not changing shops. It has now been stuck on Minions Market for over 4 days.
Any help is sincerely appreciated. I hope you have a great birthday btw, you deserve it!
Could you let me know if it started changing again this week - like since Monday? I had deployed a fix ^^

Towards the end of the day on Feb 25 it changed over from Minions Market to Candy Shack. Since then, it has been changing to a different shop each night. c:
