How about we could "chibinize" our HA? And it can also have different sizes, the way the Graceful Art Prints transforms between colors. It might look like these, down here.

**Note: HA are randomly taken form Julie, Mage and Lucky, 'cos I liked them and was in a hurry to post :D
I'm not inherently against this, but I don't know how realistic it would be to code. Essentially, you want the HA base and some of the wearables on it to be resized after you dress the HA (in order to still use them on a backdrop). That doesn't sound like it would be easy to work out, from a "I know nothing about coding" standpoint
your images are not showing
This sounds very unrealistic, the amount of work both in coding and art (and maybe more) sounds enormous, and sounds like something people might want but the site surely doesn't "need" it. Idk, I'm totally not against it, but I think other parts of the site need more attention right now. In the future maybe? But converting all wearables on site sounds impossible.
I kinda like this idea in theory cause some of the site's backgrounds are just stunning, but look a little weird with the HA covering 80% of them.
But I feel like it'd have to be a whole new system. Like, you'd make your HA, take a snapshot of it, then pick the background and move/resize the HA over it? That's really the only way I could see this working, and I'm not sure it'd be worth the effort to program it.
