Looking for overlay edits!

I'm searching for someone to do some hopefully rather simple overlay edits for me. I'll also try to provide you with the original sized artwork, because I'd like to have it in addition to the 200x200 px version (and I assume that it is easier to work on as well). Please name your price as I'm super bad at pricing and definitely don't want to underpay!

I already really like his overlay as it is, but I would love him to be more shiny wet-looking, like he just came out of the ocean. Also some of the lines could use a little fixing here and there and it would be perfect to have his overlay with a transparent background - or some waves/water splashing around him as an alternative to that.

Colors as the current overlay please (I just used one of the color swaps like RGB -> GBR in Irfanview, not exactly sure which one though)! In addition I would love to have the Mystical Glowing Orbs hovering around them and a W-shaped cute mouth. If you could also include a tiny skull somewhere like the one on the Fungus Skull items, I'll probably love you forever, but it's totally not required!

He needs a set of nice curled demon horns and I would like his markings to be replaced by something less round and more edgy looking, maybe a bit like cool looking tribal tattoos? You can go pretty wild there I guess.

Subvert He is a street artist, so I'd like him to have a spraycan (the Vibrant Blue Spray Paint one would be awesome) in his left paw and some neon paint splatters on him in different colors - similar to Spectrum/Blacklight pets. Unfortunately I haven't found the full-sized original artwork yet! D: [/spoiler]

I think that the pose of the Storm Cadogre is amazing and really fitting for him, so I'd like to have an edit based on his design... but it is rather complex and would involve a lot of redrawing to say the least. If I don't find anyone willing to try their hands on this, which would be totally understandable, I might like his earlier overlay edit to be edited again (change of tail tip, some markings and a transparent background - ask me for details!). Also feel free to check out his profile for a little bit more art/concepts if interested.

Again, looking for an edit of the original Glade Serpenth artwork to match her design - but maybe I should rather get some more square-friendly custom overlay artwork for her? Idk!!! Pretty undecided on this one, to be honest.
