my block list was partially cleared

seemingly at random, the site decided to unblock people i have blocked. i only noticed because they were all mutual blocks. is this just a me situation?
i've reblocked, but i don't like that if that's a bug, if its widespread, and if it isnt mutual. seeing as i rarely block unless its mutual, i'm not sure if this has a scope.
a thing of note- one of the accounts that was unblocked is no longer in use, so I do not think this is user related.
I've never blocked anyone. But did have 3 people who blocked me. Two of those blocked me years ago and they still appear on my list. The one person who blocked me this year is no longer on my list, but since I never blocked them back, I have no way of knowing if this is bug related or they unblocked me themselves.

Could you please file a ticket (for your privacy) and have it assigned to me (you can say Bug asked you to do this)
And in the ticket, please list which specific users you noticed were unblocked by this glitch.
We take this issue seriously and will investigate it, however, we will need to know these specific details because I have not been able to make progress investigating or reproducing this with the information thus far.
