For about 3 days I have been mostly unable to buy items from user shops via the shop search because when I click the buy button nothing happens (not even an error message appears). sometimes randomly I am able to buy max 3 items before it stops working again. buying directly from the user shop does seem to work and so does buying from the npc shops and the pawn shop via the shop search. Taking items from my own shop via shop search also doesn't work.

I have tried deleting my cookies, it didn't work. I have these problems on firefox 71.0 . This problem does not occur on safari on my iphone

Are item hovers working for you?

Buying from shop search doesn't work if you have for any reason disabled javascript in your browser settings, check if that has been turned off in your firefox and that should resolve it :)

I can't remember changing any settings related to javascript in the last week but I checked it anyway. My javascript is enabled and my item hovers are working fine. I tried buying something with my ad blocker and cookie blocker turned off (as google tells me those block certain instances of javascript) and with all similar in browser functions turned off and I was still unable to buy from user shops or move from my own user shop via the shop search.

I just tested on the latest Firefox 72.0.1 on Windows 10 (Computer, not phone) Where are you having trouble with firefox? Can you try Safari or Chrome on the same device without issue or try updating your firefox?

I have firefox 72.0.1 on Windows 10 now too, still doesn't work there. Chrome does work so it is probably a problem within (my?) firefox. 😖

Do you have some kind of privacy add on like noscript or the likes which might be affecting the functions of subeta on firefox? That's probably it :x

Yep, turning off all of my add-ons doesn't work and javascript is enabled. For good measure i did some of the standard troubleshooting steps (clearing the cache, restart the browser, restart the pc) but none of it worked. I did just find out that wierdly even with my add-ons turned on I am able buy via shop search when I use private browsing mode in firefox. So honestly this has surpassed my troubleshooting abilities. 😖 O well, if it works in private browsing mode I will just use that for questing. 😑

If this is probably a just me problem just close the thread. there's enough workarounds I can use. Thanks anyway
