welcome back! if you go to the Dashboard that should trigger your loyalty box(es) n' then head to your inventory to recive them. free name change is in it.

River Side and Delphi changed a few shops around, there's a new island and the shops tab got a revamp. ^_^

edit: oh! speaking of questions. i might figure this out by clicking around, but doesn't hurt to ask just in case im sure: my inventory is SUPER full of one particular item and it means I can't buy new things! I'm trying to vault and/or sell or even delete it, but I can't find a way to do it in bulk? When I click "put in vault" it only does one at a time, which sucks considering I have roughly 1k of it LOL

On the top nav bar: Commerce > Your shops If you do not have a shop, set one up, and that will grant you access to quickstock.

What kind of item is it? If it's a currency, you can also turn them in via Commerce > Vault > Currencies on the top nav bar

I was just going through one of my shops and man I have SO MANY ITEMS! whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy it's a Vesnali Coin which is listed as currency but i dont see it on the vault page...

If you are unable to reprice items in your shop, you may have an old legacy shop and require setting up a new shop to be able to move your new items. (The old shop system was a bit of a burden on the servers, hence the transition)

One of your loyalty box options should be a Gold Account, having one active will bump up the number of quests you can do per day as well as your inventory cap to 250 (amongst other perks), which is quite helpful c:
