Did you guys ever figure out the issue with subscriptions & why it didn't process with the User Dashboard? And the Missing CSC? I filed a ticket back at the start of the month and haven't heard anything on it since.

Wish I would've seen this before buying a monthly subscription plus 500CSC, got the GA perks but no CSC showed up and the date on the dashboard is bugged. Sigh
