Just a bit earlier my pet's hunger was at 8/10 so I decided to top it off, but the food I gave it knocked it down to 1/10. It can still eat, but each food item does not budge it away from its new 1/10 hunger meter. Other pets do the same and stay at 1/10 once fed.

They're not getting any fuller, the food just seems to set them to 1/10 , whether by increasing or decreasing its prior hunger status.

Its hunger can still go down over time, it just seems to be that feeding it sets it to specifically 1/10 instead of +1ing its current hunger.

Same. I am trying to feed my pet so I can do my battle quests but I just wasted my food.

Not to mention the food does not disappear from the list of "I haven't eaten these yet!"

I was mindlessly buying stuff from the list and I must've fed my pet 30 things before realizing what was going on.

The food I fed my pet still says "I have eaten this!" but it is showing up in my pet's "uneaten" list. I'll make a new post
