Weapon not entirely working as a weapon

is a 2048 master

I can move this item to armory via quickstock, and I can see the Tier when I hover it, but

I cannot see the weapon information when I click it in inventory I cannot move it to armory when I clicked it in my inventory.

Sorry for the late response on this. Yes, this used to be a weapon but they removed the ability with the revamp. For some reason they cannot remove the Tier information from the hover. I imagine that is why you can still move it to the armory from quick stock. I will let them know you can QS it there.
