Me? Oh, well, listening to people, to their hopes and dreams. I always feel so honored when people share their thoughts with me.
Music, books, Video Games with great lore, and same, I like people who I can share things with as well as toss ideas back and forth!
what do you enjoy creating? Which video games?
A good sunrise always gets me. Tossing ideas around can be a lot of fun, too!
What are you working on recently?
I like creating characters, worlds, stuff like that. I'm a writer, I do a bit better with my words.
As for games ..
Skyrim The Witcher series League of Legends (I don't play I just like their character ideas)
Cool! Sounds like tons of fun! I can imagine getting lost in a world you built yourself would be so fascinating!
I get really inspired when I watch others create. I watch a lot of artists on Youtube and I want to start following more artists on social media / gallery sites in the new year too.
It's really funny to me since I was never really inspired by art history? But seeing people today doing their best and improving and just having a good time really encourages me to do the same.
(As an example; I've always HAD sketchbooks but never really used many of them but after watching someone really fill one I'd like to give that a try because I think it would benefit and push my limits! So for 2020 I have a 100 page sketchbook picked out and some other supplies to help me fill it!)
when i was a kid my parents told me i had no talent and was wasting my time so i got more into art as a way to spite them lmao
aside from that tho real life inspires me a lot! like a lot of times i'll see/read about something happening and be like......... huh i could write about something like that and also music and anime and videogames asdfghjkl
One thing that helps me a lot with creativity is mixing my dreams with mythological gods, goddesses and creatures.
It's very fun to think about those things as archetypes, as we have in Jungian psychoanalysis/psychology.
You don't necessarily need to believe the things he say (even if I do) to create art with this thought as inspiration. It's kinda like creating your own reality based on your worldview and personality + the collective unconscious.

What inspires me is learning about the cultures of the world, and different art forms that they have. It is all unique, and all beautiful. No matter what you make, as long as you made it, it is art, and it is beautiful. It inspires me to create my own artwork so that I can share wonderful things that I like with the world too!

That's so sweet! What a lovely way to be inspired!
Most of my recent drawings have been inspired by things I visualize during meditations. I also like to draw people, specifically people with unique and interesting faces. Sometimes I will see a photo of someone and just get a strong urge to draw them. It is so fun to try and "capture" them in a drawing and bring out their unique features.
Come to think of it, I only ever really draw people. I get the most satisfaction and joy from doing portraits.
