when sending out an item .."buddy list" (above send to a nonbuddy) says you have no buddies.(yet i have approximately 65}

Also related is my WL search..if i search using FRIENDS WL nothing comes up..yet when i search "alll" my friends show up on the list of WLs

Angelina has been working with me on this since 11/24/19 and we couldnt resolve it so She suggested i come here

..i have a new chromebook15,,this issue began around when the issues with site I do not have an antivirus as i havent learned my way around this chromebook yet but i truly believe it is a site issue since that is the only thing wrong. My dtop down friends list under Personal drop down does work

I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with the friend list error that's been on going. Since friend requests can't be accepted... it seems to also affect pet transfers as well (since you can't send a pet to a friend because the list of people suddenly isn't there)

...so it is a KNOWN issue that might clear up on its own r/t/things that are being worked on currently? If so then thank you for putting my miind at ease about the whole thing :) whew

No problem. Yeah seems like a lot of issues around friend lists stems from that one error...

now all my items in inventory are LOCKED. i had ten items locked already now All my inventory item locked.

I am still having this identical issue, as pictured in the first screenshot.

It WAS fixed and now it's broken for me again. I'm told I have no friends on my buddy list AND I can't transfer pets cause the drop down is blank.
