No quest reset at midnight

I know thi is a known issue, still...
Every morning (living 6 hours ahead of subeta time) I run towards Shinwa and then sight and get to restocking instead.
Today 12/11/19 the same procedure as the last week,

Same here, quests did not reset. For me it's not so bad though because I only managed to do a few quests yesterday...but still. This seems to be happening a lot lately

Quests didn't reset for me either :( Item hunt did.

the only quests that reset for me are battle quests and shinwa :/
