Hover help: spotlight tied to column 2

I put the spotlight on a separated hover and its tied to the column_2, if I hover it the column hover opens too

this has been plaguing me for days, any help is much appreciated

If you hover on a child, you're hovering on the parent, nothing you can do about that. :
