I was able to chose a tree, but can't save it. It just doesn't show up.

Me too. I cant save the backdrop and the decoration. And i cant see the tree at the ornament side

They haven't announced that trees are available yet in the news. I checked mine and last year's presents are still showing up, so I'm guessing trees aren't ready to decorate for this year yet. Edit: Trees seem to be working now! :)

I see only a tree without ornaments on my page. And I dont see my trees from last year.

I did a hard refresh (ctrl+f5 on chrome) to make my tree load, and I'm able to save it with decorations, but when I get to the backdrop page it says I don't have a tree :/

Backdrops aren't working for me yet either. I did a hard refresh and cleared all my cookies and cache, then I was able to save my decorated tree.

Honestly, I would probably hold off on doing too much with the trees for now. I was able to decorate and save mine, but there are still some issues going on with the trees in other areas (like the backdrops and one user even reported giving a gift but it not showing up).

I think the best thing would be to wait until staff can look into it some more and hopefully they'll announce something more about the trees soon.

is right though, the trees are fun to decorate and all, but I would hold off doing much else with them until staff lets us know they are ready in a news post.

Tree is giving me issues as well. It won't save the new backdrop, and keeps showing the old previews from last year on the backdrop page.

Tree itself is saving just fine. Picked my tree, have a few ornaments on it... am just going to wait and see what the issue with the backdrop is before doing more.

I don't think my tree is saving: I don't get any sort of confirmation when I click the 'save' button after adding my ornaments (and don't remember if that's something that is supposed to happen). Gonna try posting it here to see if it is working:

Okay, trees seem to be working... why are they so huge in siggy? Tried posting mine and it's over 500 pixels tall?!?!

My tree was working, then I changed it and now its not working again. Cleaning cache didn't help. Hmpf.

edit Using a backdrop would just show the backdrop. No tree. Well, at least I have a fireplace to keep my hands warm :D

My tree won't save. Clearing my cache did absolutely nothing.

How is your tree so tiny in your siggy? What html or sCode are you using? Mine shows up over 500 pixels tall and I dont want a warning!!!!

Options say "Your current signature is 0 pixels tall." and the tree shows up really really big. Did you just try it out if your tree appears tiny in your signature when you use the sCode?
