So I have put my first gift under someone's tree today, but there is no evidence of it on the gifts you've given list. My question is, is it only the gift history that's missing or does the person not receive my gift? Cause with missing shop purchase history we could check if the transaction worked if there's sP in the till, but in this case there's no way to know what actually happened and so I'm a bit scared to send more gifts, in case they get lost.

What should I do?

also experiencing this! I've sent a few, but when I go to check the Gifts Given history, it's empty. I've checked on a few browsers as well just to be sure and it seems to not be updating/working.

I am also having this issue. I sent my Mysterious Melody partner a Subeautique item with the "Hello" message. The item is no longer in my inventory, but it is not listed in my Gifts Given. I also have not received a gift, so I'm concerned the person did not receive it.

I haven't had any issues with the gifts given page showing gifts I've put under trees but I never did get anything from my MM. I thought I just got someone greedy but several other people I've talked to have said they never got anything either. Unless there's a bunch of freeloaders this year something seems to be wrong with MM.

I am missing gifts from gifts given. I was hoping to use that list so I could keep track of who I have already sent gifts to. It is going to be difficult to know where to start with gifts.
