A while ago I uploaded a single batch of an item (the only CW I've made to date) and made it unlimited. I'm still new to how shops work and stuff.

So today I clicked to move it permanently to CW shop.

It disappeared from my "active uploads," but there is nothing when I click "view your shop" on the CW shop page. Like there's no record of it ever being made by me and no option to ever obtain one. Is this normal and it's hidden somewhere, or should I file a ticket?
