Out of my 102 pets all but 1 have a functioning profile. I use the same skeleton code for all of my profiles so I really don't understand why all the others work but not this one. I'm not sure when it stopped working but I know that it worked some months ago. I haven't checked it again until today which is why I don't know when it stopped working...

Oops I completely forgot about this thread. Yes, the profile started acting normally again. The problem I was having was that it looked like this (X) no matter what I did. Even if I removed all of the coding from the profile it still looked the same. I made a ticket about it and got the suggestion that it could be cache related but considering that it looked the same for a friend that I showed it too makes that sound strange to me. So I'm still clueless as to what the issue was. But, either way, it started working normally again the day after I sent the ticket.
