Hi , there's actually a 2nd page limit for any same type topics. I.e. for any of the same type of topics, you're only allowed to have 1 of the same type open( one buying, one selling) at a time. Once they reach the second page they can be requested to be locked.
I'll leave this open for now in case it needs to be used in the future. If it isn't used in 6 months it'll automatically be locked as a necro. The title post can be edited if you need to re-use it for another commission request before then.
