can't purchase items priced for CSC from usershops

since they're technically priced at "0 sp" i assume that's the problem? but this is affecting multiple items from multiple usershops, they all show up in shop search but priced at 0 sp, & cannot be bought either via shop search OR in the shop itself this has been going on for a few hours now; at least 2 or 3! using chrome on windows 10

I've got the same issue, also on windows 10, but with firefox.

I am also encountering this now. It has started since at least yesterday afternoon.
