I apologise if this has already been brought up but I have been unable to find any mention of it.

Since the downtime I have no HA. I don't know how many users this is effecting and how high it is on the list of things to fix but I would like to feel assured it is known ^_^

Yep same here, no avatar since the downtime. I too have mentioned it a few times across threads about things that are broken but none have been acknowledged. :(

Additional info: I have a base in hover previews. When this first happened I did not have a hover preview avatar, it was also broke, but it came back. I have a full avatar in the wardrobe and in my saved outfits. My live avatar is a broken image https://sapi.subeta.net/avatar/580707.png?x=1574271553 500 Whoops, something went wrong on our servers.

Other people I've seen with this problem:

I know what you mean. For the past few days I keep seeing more people speaking up in different places about their broken avatar, and I have thought about making a dedicated thread like this. I hope subeta can get this solved for us for fireside and black friday so we can wear any new clothes we get.

[edit] @ Destiny, I tried adding my Omen Islands face paint back but it doesn't seem to be working. I've tried 3 times to no avail. I get the success page saying "Thank you for allowing me to paint your face. Enjoy the festivities around the islands." and it takes the sPs but no face paint. [edit]Tried cleaning my face, after 's post, and then repainting but still no paint.

The Face Paint layer is breaking the avatars!! I got my avatar back after washing my face off here: https://subeta.net/explore/facecleaner.php

Yeah! im putting paint on/washed again just to make sure (and it seems to confirm my theory!)

thank you so much!! I had a salon hair on at the time of the disappearance but I tried to change my av a few times to no avail.

Also, I did not have a face paint on, so the cause of my disappearance seems to be different than and
(also lull's av is still a broken image for me) (and my avatar is the default naked av on the sidebar o: ) it caught up now

- Did your HA disappear when you put the paint on? Mine didn't.

EDIT You clever cat! Tankcou so much. I had tried almost everything, I did not think of removing the omen Island face paint.
