When you go to Delphi and then to the Carnival, the Carnival is still dressed up in it's Halloween theme. I know your dealing with bigger issues right now, but thought you'd like to know.

It was only mentioned in news comments so it was easy to miss, but this actually isn't a glitch. According to , they have something planned for later this month that will explain why it's still like that. I'm not sure what it is though.
