Did some quests I had left from yesterday, because I had not the time for, but for today it did not reset

It is 2:30 a.m. and the quests have not reset. Shinwa has reset but not the quests.
Same here but the site does seem to be faster this morning.
It's 8:00AM. Only my Battle Quests have reset. (Oh, and the Rift finally reset). But none of the main quests reset.
My quests have not reset, and neither has the bathhouse, but the rift has.

10 am and no quests. I feel bad for people in other time zones who have lost the whole day of GA.

10:10 AM None of my quests reset except for Shinwa. She reset around 7:00 AM. I also used a Morty Card and am hoping I don't lose it because I hadn't noticed they didn't reset :(
