Items disappearing when removing from vault from Account Search

While on a wizard quest, I was requested for an item I knew I had. I did an account search for it and clicked the (Remove One) link on that page. However, the item did not end up in my inventory, and when I went to my vault to see if it was still there, I see this:

Dumbo and Mushroom Sticker 0 in your vault

Weird!

Can you check with another item? I was able to remove things from my vault with no issues. Can you do an account search for the item again?

- Seems to be working now? I still have the glitchy 0x Dumbo and Mushroom Sticker in my vault, but was sucessfully able to remove Canned Potatoes
