Same here, just an empty page like yours if I try to access Edit Items.
Same problem I have since today. I already wrote with more details in the other thread Things not working since maintenence.

I can get into mine , have removed one item to test, thank you for all the fixes.
I don't know if you are aware of the sMail outbox, I cannot get in to delete sMails. It's just a blank page and rather a lot in there.

I have posted the sMail outbox issue on another board on which is now on page two https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/906701 It is not an important glitch but thought it might help clear a bit of the database as I have a lot of sent sMails in there Thanks.

I can access the first page but nothing else unless I search for a specific item or amount stocked, etc. For "pages" it only shows 1
I can't get the page to load. I keep getting an application error.
