All my other quests reset...just not her and I can't do the other quests till she resets ack! lol

Shinwa didn't reset for me either, still says "completed".

When that happens I do 10 of each quest. Just in case she asks for 5 of one when she does reset.

Same issue for me. Had hoped to knock a few quests out but I always start with Shinwa...

thank you for the tip! I will remember that for next time...I was just like ugh can't do the rest as I normally do her but that makes sense on leaving some of each.

Sorry it reset for me eventually...its just weird as mine normally resets at midnight for all of them lol
