Greetings! My name is Sara. I have been a member for 6 days now. I am totally enjoying myself and finding everyone to be so friendly.
Now for a little bit about me. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful teenage daughters. I am 40 years young and am a Type 1 Diabetic. I enjoy studying Japanese, walking my dog, Pokemon, World of Warcraft, volunteering at my church and spending time with my family.

Here are some tips I thought might help you in the beginning.

Tip#1 Do all the quests. Do Major Drills first then Shinwa then Sarah if you can Make sure you pay close attention on Major Drills to the word between his requests AND OR THEN. These always mess me up so I don't do his quests.

Hoard items unless you really don't care about the items or possible related achievements that may come out in the future.

Don't miss Melody. She gives good gifts almost every day except one when the other guy brings us coal.

Visit the Donation Center for free items. They are donated by other users so the quantities of items vary. It is open all year but doesn't always have items.

When you randomly receive coins take them to the coin machine.

Giving your pet a job is an easy way to get a little sP each day. Some jobe give a lot of sP but your pet needs better stats to get hired. Check here for more info.

The stores here are always stocked. Some use event currency but some of the ones in the Other section and both of the Rotating shops sell items for sP.

If you have 50-60k sP and the patience for it the Slots are worth doing till you get the jackpot. Make sure you take the coins to the coin machine. They will give you 15k sP every time. You can frag the extra items for crystals to spend in the crystal shop or put them in your shop. They will sell eventually because the recycle beast is always hungry for something new.

Don't forget to check your gifts. I am always forgetting so I am glads you can go back and look at all the gifts you have received and open the ones you missed.

For any other questions ask in the forums it is very likely you will get a helpful answer or someone equally uncertain and you can share your confusion.

That is sort of how this thread went for me and we helped each other till someone gave us a great tip.

[edit] Almost forgot how much Japanese do you know. I studied in college mostly for fun and to fill hours but I am still not verbally proficient.

I have been studying Japanese on and off for about two years. I bought a few books and I love the language! I am not very fluent. I can say a few things but I'm not going to be having conversations for a while!

Welcome to Subeta, ! I thought that you said your dog's name was Pokemon and got so excited, just because it'd be an adorable name haha! What breed are they?

That would be an interesting name! We have one dog and he is a Yorkie/Jack Russel mix. He's a hyper boy! On a side note, we have a turtle named AFTER a pokemon. His name is Turtwig.

I love grass type Pokemon, especially the starters. :D Turtwig is a cutie! Your turtle is a lucky boy.
