It looks like you mostly need a refresh for you armory. Jess had a post way back when that's probably still helpful to you if you're on a budget- ">here
If you want to spend, I also recommend a couple items out of the Antique shop: 90% heal with some block, like a second Phoenix Quill. A blaster that can curse and bless, with a small chance to steal and freeze. Using this along with the Recycle Blaster will allow you to replace two of your opponent's items with worthless garbage.
Challenger loot: This is a battle staple- gives 7% heal, along with some damage and block. Infinite use. It's expensive, but something you'll always use in your set. 15AP. Won from Crithbolcan, a T11 cash shop challenger.
To deal with the freeze, mod your weapons to give you an anti-freezing blessing: These are also available in the battle shop if you have the tokens for them. For whatever reason Blessing of Natural Armor Tears are expensive right now.
Also, Better than Item Hunter's Bomb, but it's really, really gone up in price recently so may not be worth it to you. I kind of hate to recommend it- look for a cheap deal if you can find it. Like 5-10million at most cheap.
@ Cturtle Pumgpulnug is a freezehole, so you need parched baugettes mods on everything. You can also equip an once per battle 100 percent freezer such as a Gorgun to set up your blessings and dual blasters (Recycle Blaster, Soma Tablets). (Edit: The Gorgun is in the battle shop for 35 hard tokens)
Also, if you need a bomb, the Item Hunter's Bomb is worth it. It's very close to the acorn bomb for so much less, has the same 100 turn curse, and isn't always once per battle like the acorn bomb.
For infinite use defensive weaponry, you can consider using the Flayed Lord Breastplate. The defense is excellent with a boost each turn, but there's a small chance that it blocks nothing so it can be a lottery.
